All items in this shop are made to order and fulfilled by a third-party production partner. Because of this, all sales are final once an order has been placed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

Please double-check product details, sizing charts, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

✅ Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

Clear photos showing the issue

If the issue is confirmed, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost. Refunds are not typically offered, as items are custom-made, but reprints will be arranged when appropriate.

📦 Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or undelivered packages will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
